Returns and Exchanges

Customer service is one of our top priorities. If you have an issue with your order please contact us immediately at and reference your order number and the item. 

Our items are made with the highest quality materials and great attention to detail, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, in most situations we are happy to accept a return. 

If your return is approved, we accept unused items purchased exclusively from that are received by us within 10 days of your order delivery date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to us in Chicago, IL. Any items on sale or custom pieces are not eligible for return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once items are received by us and confirmed to be in new condition a refund will be issued for the item minus the original shipping fee. If items are not received back within 10 days of delivery we cannot issue a refund.

Turn Around Time for Made to Order Items

Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks for Made to Order items and 3-4 weeks for LJKids Collab items. This refers to the average amount of time after ordering that your order will ship.



Ready to Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days from receiving your order confirmation. Saturday, Sunday and official holidays are not considered business days for order processing. Made to Order items will be shipped in 2-3 weeks of order date and LJKids Co Collab items will be shipped in 3-4 weeks of order date.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days for USPS First Class and 1-3 business days for USPS Priority but exact times vary. We have no control over orders once they are picked up by the post office and do not guarantee delivery times. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Johnny Banana Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', are the customer’s responsibility to locate. We are not able to issue refunds on lost packages. (We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance on all domestic orders.)

Orders shipped outside the continental United States can take up to 7-22 business days depending on location.


Route+ Shipping Insurance

With Route+ you don't have to worry about what to do if your order is lost, stolen, or broken. Simply file a claim here, and Route will refund or reorder your item(s). They typically respond to claims within 24 hours.
